1. Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — we deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options for your location.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–12 working days after processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes - we currently offer free delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Any applicable costs will always be clearly shown before you complete your order.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Of course. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our Customer Care team before returning your item so we can guide you through the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 10 days. After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.
